Fire Resistant Steel Cord Conveyor Belt

1. Characteristics and uses
Fire-resistant steel cord conveyor belt has the merits of conveying materials at the occasion of high strength, long distance, and large load as common steel cord conveyor belt.however,it also has the properties of fire-resistant and anti-static,and it is suitable for conveying materials under coalmine wells.

Polyester Conveyor Belt

Polyester conveyor belts, also called EP conveyor belts,whose tension resistant body is canvas woven by polyester in warp and polyester in weft.The belts have the characteristics of low elongation in warp and good trough ability in weft, good water resistance, good wet strength, no mould, suitable for medium, long distance and heavy-load transportation of materials. Because of the high initial modulus of polyester , the belts can choose a relative low safety factor.

Nylon Conveyor Belt

Nylon is one of the best quality synthetic fibers the rubber industry use nowadays.The nylon canvas is woven by nylon fibers both in warp and in weft, it is the most widely used fabric in rubber industry, and its outstanding merits are its high abrasion resistance, high tensile strength and good fatigue resistance. Conveyor belts with nylon canvas inside have the characteristics of thin belt body , high tensile strength, good shock resistance, good trough ability, high adhesion between plies, splendid flexibility and long working life. Nylon conveyor belts are suitable for medium, long distance and heavy-load transportation of materials, widely used in mining , metallurgical industry and architectural industry, ports and etc.

Cotton, Polyester Cotton Conveyor Belt

Cotton canvas is woven by cotton fibers both in warp and in weft, its elongation is relatively low, it is good in mechanical fastening and adhesion with rubber. Cotton conveyor belt has relatively small deformation under high temperature conditions, suitable for short-distance and light-load transportation of materials. Polyester cotton conveyor belt is the upgraded protect of cotton conveyor belt, and its tension resistant body is woven by polyester cotton fibers in warp and cotton fibers in weft. Its comprehensive physical and mechanical characteristics are obviously better than those of cotton conveyor belt, especially the belt body is thinner and lighter, the belt has better shock resistance and thus the belt has better use function and can reduce energy and material consumption for users. it is the ideal selection for medium, short-distance and medium-load transportation of materials.

Solid Woven Conveyor Belt

Classification

1. Non pressed PVC type
After dipping with PVC paste on the solid woven fabric, add PVC cover on the solid carcass to form the belt.
2. PVG type
Based on the non pressed PVC type, the carcass is covered with top and bottom covers composed mainly of rubber. the belt is then formed after being pressed.

Construction features and applications

1. The belt has good flame resistant and anti-static properties. it can fully satisfy the requirements of MT-914 and is especially suitable for material conveying at inflammable of underground coal mines.
2. The solid woven fabric uses high tensile strength and low elongation polyester long filament as warp fibre, for weft fibre, it uses high tensile and medium modulus nylon filament.The fabric is high in strength, low in elongation, light in carcass, free of separation of plies, shock resistant, anti-tear and good in troughability.
3. Non pressed PVC type is suitable for applications in dry conditions at a slope angle of no greater than 16 degrees. PVG type is suitable for applications at a slope angle of less than 20 degrees.
4. PVG type is covered with covers mainly composed of rubber, which further improves the trough ability, resistance to wetness and slip, resistance to low temperature, elongation and wear resistance of the belt. Thus it can not only enhance the slope angle of conveying but also elongate life of belt.

Heat Resistant, High Temperature Resistant Conveyor Belt

The belt carcass of this product is EP fabric of high modulus, low shrink, and high breaking tensile strength. Cover rubber of this product uses EPDM rubber or Chloro-butyl rubber that has very good high temperature resistance. The belt is made with extra care after mixing rubber with high temperature resistant materials, assembling and vulcanizing.

The carcass of this product has very high adhesion after the special treatment of coating and shaping.Under normal working temperature of below 180℃, the belt is low in elongation, excellent in anti-abrasion, and can bear 250℃ high temperature for a short time. The belt is suitable for use in cement, metallurgical and steel industry.

Chemical Resistant Conveyor Belt

Because the belt core selects cotton-duck, nylon-duck or EP-duck, the belt has elasticity, excellent trough ability,and low elongation.The rubber cover,which is made from chemical resistant materials, has fine anti-chemical corrosiveness and good physical properties.
Uses:
It is suitable for conveying material with chemical corrosiveness in chemical factory , chemical fertilizer factory, paper mill , mining industry and etc

Cold Resistant Conveyor Belt

1. Product characteristics
The product selects cotton canvas, nylon canvas or EP canvas as carcass. Cover rubber selects a blend of NR and BR, which has the properties of high elasticity , shock resistance, cold resistance and etc. It can work normally under the conditions of -40℃.

2. Uses
Suitable for conveying materials outdoors in freezing area,cold storage and etc..

3.Technical indexes

Cold resistant conveyor belt can be divided into three types according to cover properties: Laceration resistant type(H), Anti-abrasive type(D), and Ordinary type(L).
According to cold resistance, it can be divided into two types of C1 and C2. C1-Working temperature:-45~+50℃;C2-Working temperature:-60~+50℃.

Oil Resistant Conveyor Belt

1. Product characteristics and uses

The product is made of cotton canvas , nylon canvas or EP canvas and finished through the processes of calendering, assembling, vulcanizing and etc. It is suitable for conveying oily materials or working at oily sites.

2.Technical indexes

Oil resistant conveyor belt can be divided into two types according to cover properties:Anti-Abrasive type(D), and Ordinary types types(L).
According to oil resistant, it can divided into two types of Y1 and Y2.

Acid-alkaline Resistant Conveyor Belts

Because the belt core selects cotton-duck, nylon-duck or EP-duck, the belt has good elasticity, excellent troughability, and low elongation. The rubber cover, which is made from chemical resistant materials, has fine anti-chemical corrosiveness and good physical properties.

Abrasion Resistant Energy Saving Conveyor Belt

By way of reducing the weight of the conveyor belt, improving the flexibility of rubber and reducing the friction coefficient and etc,the resistance between the conveyor and the belt is greatly reduced. Such energy saving belt can save electricity consumption by 10-15%.
With the highly elastic abrasion resistant cover, the belt is abrasion resistant and shock resistant. The belt has a long working life.

Pipe Conveyor Belt

Pipe conveyor belt is new type of conveying belt which uses belt carcasses(Fabric, Steel cord and etc.) as skeleton, high anti-abrasive and high strength rubber as working surface. they are mainly used in conveying powdery and granular materials and etc.. that are pollutive to the environment. When working, the rubber belt changes its form from flat to U shape and finally to pipe shape, folding the materials and realizing the process enclosed conveying.

Main characteristics of the belt

1. Enclosed conveying of materials, protecting both the materials and the environment.

2. Steep angled conveying, the conveying angle can reach 30 degrees usually.

3. Conveying line can be arranged according to the curve of space.

Anti-Tear Conveyor Belt

The anti-tear conveyor belt has highly extensible transverse steel cords or polyester cords evenly arranged in the top cover (or both top and bottom cover) of steel cords or fabric carcass. The anti-tear layer is perpendicular to the running direction of the belt. When the belt conveys hard and sharp materials, the anti-tear can stop it from being pierced. Even if the belt is pierced, the anti-tear layer still prevent it from being torn.

Vacuum Hydroextrator Belt

Vacuum Hydroextractor Belt(also called Filter Belt) can make scouring, filtration, drying and filtration fabric regeneration continuously. It has the characteristics of high filtration rate, large production capacity, good scouring effect, low moisture in filter cake, flexibility in operation and etc.

Intelligent Anti-tear Conveyor Belt

Product Characteristics

Alarm at tear: When a running conveyor belt is torn by foreign matters and the sensor loop embedded in belt is damaged, a signal will be sent to the consol and emergency brake will start and sound the alarm.
Alarm at deviation: When conveyor belt deviates in the running, the distance between the sensor loop embedded in the belt and sensor exceeds the set value, a signal will be sent to the consol and the emergency brake will start and sound the alarm.
Alarm at jam: When the materials are jammed, the sensor will detect the abnormal running speed of the conveyor, a signal will be sent to the consol and emergency brake will start and sound the alarm.

Patterned Conveyor Belt

Patterned conveyor belt is composed of belt carcass and pattern. Pattern shape and height(depth) may be different because of different conveyor material and gradient of conveyor.

1.Shape and characteristics

We have different pattern shape, such as “U” pattern, “V” pattern and “八” pattern. Customer can also order other pattern as well.

2.Uses

It can convey powdered, granulated and small lump materials at gradient of no more than 40 degree. It can also convey packaged materials.

Raised Edge Conveyor Belt

1.Uses

Owing to space limitation or in case of lifting materials at large slope, raised edge conveyor belt is often used to prevent scatter of conveyed materials. It suitable for conveyor materials at a large slope from 0 degree to 90 degrees.

2. Characteristics

Materials can be conveyed at a large slope up to 90 degrees.
The belt has large loading capacity and the materials cannot be scattered.
The slope of conveying can be changed from horizontal sloping to horizontal.
The conveyor is simple in structure, flexible in arrangement and occupying only a small area.
The carcass materials and strength of the belt can be selected according to requirements of users, we have the following carcass materials: Cotton(CC), Nylon(NN), and Polyester and Nylon(EP).
